The menopause is a time of big changes in the body and in the mind. For some it can be a relatively easy transition but for a large group of women there are a lot of symptoms to deal with. There isn't always the right information available and it's not always openly talked about with friends and the GP.
But...a change is coming ;-)
Menopause Yoga gives you some tools to combat or at least lessen the symptoms of the menopause. You get to connect with other women and exchange thoughts and feelings. You get a better understanding of what's happening in your body and a better idea of what options are available to feel better and take control again of your life, body and mind. Menopause Yoga aims to educate and empower women so they can embrace the changes in their minds, bodies and emotions.
